A: All checks and Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) will continue to be sent directly to your office. MMM Professional Services will receive an Electronic Remittance Advice (ERAs) from each insurance company that now offers that service, and for those that do not currently offer the ERA, you will scan the EOBs to our office.
