A: Claims are reviewed and submitted on a daily basis, or as requested by Provider.


Q: How do I receive payments?
A: All checks and Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) will continue to be sent directly to your office. MMM Professional Services will receive an Electronic Remittance Advice (ERAs) from each insurance company that now offers that service, and for those that do not currently offer the ERA, you will scan, fax or mail the EOBs to our office (whichever option you prefer).

A: MMM Professional Services will provide, if requested, a local number to your area for you, your staff and your patients to contact our office with all insurance and billing questions.
